    UES Groupe PRAEMIA has set the objective of achieving a weighted average pay gap in favour of men of less than 8%, which would increase the score on this indicator from 25 to 31 points.

    The company aims to reduce the promotion gap in favour of men to under 2%, which would raise the score from 10 to 15 points.
