In 2025, an agreement on gender equality and quality of life and working conditions set the following objectives: 

  • Gender pay gap: Achieve a weighted average gap in favour of men of less than 8%, thereby moving from a score of 25/40 to 31/40.
  • Promotion rate gap: Reduce the promotion gap in favour of men to below 2%, which would make it possible to achieve a score of 15 points on this indicator.
  • Top salaries: Maintain the score at 5/10.
