Padua, October 24, 2025 – Praemia REIM Italy SGR, in partnership with Camplus as anchor tenant and operator, has officially inaugurated the Camplus Padova Turazza student residence, the first project developed under its student housing investment platform, launched in November 2024. The "Camplus Padova Turazza" university student residence is now ready, the result of the redevelopment of an area of the city that had been abandoned for over twenty years.

The Bibliothèque Publique d'Information moves into the Lumière Building (Paris 12th)
Paris, July 22, 2025 – Praemia REIM, a leading real estate asset management firm in Europe, announces the arrival of the Bibliothèque Publique d’Information (Bpi) in the Lumière building, located in the Bercy district of Paris’s 12th arrondissement. This move, effective since June 2, 2025, follows the renovation works at the Centre Pompidou – the Bpi’s historical location – which will continue until 2030. The Bpi will open its doors to the public in the Lumière building on August 25, 2025.

Medical Properties Trust and Praemia REIM Joint Venture Announces €702.5 Million Refinancing Transaction
BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Medical Properties Trust, Inc. (the “Company” or “MPT”) (NYSE: MPW)and Praemia REIM today announced that their 50/50 joint venture (“the JV”) has refinanced its maturing seven-year debt agreement. This €702.5 million non-recourse, 10-year non-amortizing debt is secured by a portfolio of German rehabilitation hospitals operated by MEDIAN, the largest operator of rehabilitation hospitals in Europe. The lending group comprises a consortium of global institutional, insurance and pension investors led by Song Capital, a European real estate investment firm.

Praemia REIM Italy SGR launches a student housing investment platform in Italy
Milan, November 19, 2024 – In collaboration with Camplus as anchor tenant, Praemia REIM launches a new national initiative aimed at expanding and improving student housing offerings in Italy. This project seeks to bridge the gap between the high demand for student housing and the limited current supply.
Through an initial investment of €100 million, the initiative aims to create or upgrade student residences in multiple Italian university cities, with a total capacity of 900 beds.

Primonial REIM Italy announces the acquisition of the "Complesso Zaffiro Ronchi ", a nursing
home for non-self-sufficient elderly people, located in Ronchi dei Legionari, in the Friuli-Venezia
Giulia region in the northeast of Italy.
The property has a total surface area of approximately 23 900 sqm and a capacity of 120 beds
for non-self-sufficient elderly people and a day center for non-self-sufficient elderly people,
called "Zaffiro Ronchi", with an accommodation capacity of 20 places.
It also benefits from a very good geographical location, in a region where the need for social
infrastructure is significant and will continue to grow in the coming years.

This transaction was carried out on behalf of funds managed by Primonial REIM France.
