PRAEMIA REIM ITALY SGR AND CHABERTON PARTNERS-EXECUTIVE SEARCH SIGN THE PRE-LEASE OF VIA BAGUTTA 20 IN MILAN

Milan, October 27th, 2026 - Praemia REIM Italy SGR and Chaberton Partners – Executive Search announce the signing of a lease agreement for the entire building in Via Bagutta 20, in the heart of Milan’s Fashion District:

The agreement accompanies Chaberton Partners-Executive Search’s growth path and enhances an asset of Praemia REIM Italy SGR in one of the most prestigious and dynamic areas of Milan. Colliers Italia, as exclusive agent for Praemia REIM Italy SGR, supported the transaction by identifying Chaberton Partners-Executive Search as a tenant consistent with the positioning of the property and its development prospects.

The operation concerns a sky-to-ground building of over 2,000 square meters, distributed over seven floors above ground and two underground levels, subject to a major redevelopment project. The project includes commercial spaces and offices characterized by high flexibility, with architectural quality and a strong relationship between indoor and outdoor environments.

The offices, distributed from the first to the sixth floor, will be characterized by bright and configurable environments, with large terraces on almost all levels. The intervention also pays particular attention to energy efficiency and aims to obtain a LEED Gold or Platinum certification.
